OSHA COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS)

On November 4, 2021, OSHA released a COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). This standard covers all private companies with 100 employees. As a result, this includes all printers with at least 100 employees. The ETS has many requirements. These include a written policy, maintain a record and roster of employee’s vaccination status, weekly testing, and masks for unvaccinated workers.

WHEN DOES IT TAKE EFFECT?
December 5, 2021 –
All requirements of the standard except for employee testing.
January 5, 2022 –
Weekly employee testing for unvaccinated workers.
