Printing Industry Midwest (PIM) deploys several strategic workforce development initiatives to meet our members needs to recruit and train their future workforce. Attract and retain well qualified personnel. PIM also works to help schools and students with interest in the print industry.
- Employment Referral: PIM offers proven Employment Referral Services For Job Seekers and PIM Employers. Job seekers can review job openings and anonymously post your resume. Employers can review resumes and post open positions.
- Workforce Development Initiatives: PIM has a list of programs that help support workforce hiring and training needs.
- Staffing Assistance: Staffing resources, assistance and exclusive rates to help PIM members find skilled employees.
- Print is Everywhere: This campaign includes a complete set of digital and printed brochures and presentation materials designed for us to share the positive stories of the print industry.
- Scholarships: Printing Industry Midwest Education Foundation (PIMEF) scholarships are available to students pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in Graphic Communication & Print related majors.
- PIM Paper Drive: Each year most teachers resort to paying out of their own pocket for classroom supplies. Throughout the year, PIM members save their surplus paper and donate to local teachers.
- Schools: Learn more about careers in the Graphic Communications Industry.
- Outreach: PIM spreads the word about our industry to students all over the Midwest.
- PIM Education Foundation (PIMEF): PIMEF provides funding, coordination and development of job training programs, and so much more.
