PIM Diversity & Inclusion Accreditation Program Resources

Presently, minorities are underrepresented as leaders within the Printing Industry Midwest (PIM) member community. To address the employment inequalities in the print and graphic communications industry, a coalition of PIM member professionals developed a first-of-its-kind Diversity & Inclusion Accreditation Program for print service companies.

The PIM Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Accreditation Program seeks to create foundational changes in the recruitment, hiring and training practices of print service providers to effectively address the employment inequalities within our industry.

To help PIM Members, The PIM Diversity Coalition created this list of resources. This is a fluid document. Resources will be reviewed and added on a continual basis.
